Ordering Process:
Step 1) Order Received
Step 2) eCOX will confirm of product(s) availablity, delivery and installation options (if applicable) (Usually within 2-3 hrs on a working day).
Step 3) Customer will receive email with Payment Instruction/Payment Link.
Step 4) We will arrange the delivery after confirmation of payment.
Stock Availablity:
We will try our best to ensure stock availability before confirming your order. Customer will be notified of coming shipment date for out of stock products. All sales are final. In case of factory’s delay in shipment, customer can choose to refund or purchase other items using the credit. Refund will be conducted in the same way of payment method.
