- Owners or Renters are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from their building management/housing authority before any installation work.

- Below installation fees are suitable only for Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories; additional surcharge will be quoted for all special area in Hong Kong.

- Fees associated with removal of existing products such as Air Conditioners are suitable only under safe conditions.
